Murder She Wrote

A Pennsylvania woman and a California man, in two separate incidents, attempted poisoning their significant other by placing the eye-wash product Visine in food or beverages to be consumed by the targeted party.

From The Inquisitr:

Tetrahydrozoline, an ingredient found in Visine and other eye drops, can cause quite a few problems if it is ingested. Included in  the symptoms are vomiting, blurred vision, rapid heartbeat, and difficulty  breathing. The chemical can also cause tremors and seizures.

Clearly, the romance was washed up.
